STS Manufacturing ERP · Guide
Everything about the ERP, on one page.
Not a sales page; a reference. Jump to what you need.
Built around real business questions
“Where is this customer order?”
Follow orders, deliveries, invoices and outstanding collections together.
“Can we start the next job?”
Review materials, work orders and production progress in one place.
“What is holding up output?”
Inspection results, rejection records and maintenance work stay connected.
“What needs my decision?”
Department information, exceptions and assigned follow-ups, for the owner.
The twelve departments in detail
What each department keeps, how work flows through it and who usually uses it. Access depends on assigned permissions.
Start small. Build confidence in the process.
Do not move everything on day one. Set up one complete cycle, review it with the people doing the work, then expand. We do the rollout with you, on a call or at your unit in Nashik.
Create your account
Open the ERP portal, choose Create account and complete the email verification.
Set up your company
Add company details and the first plant or operating unit.
Prepare your masters
Add customers, suppliers and items, by form or by Excel import.
Invite the right people
Assign responsibilities and confirm each role sees the intended workspace.
Run one representative cycle
Test an order, a receipt, a job, an inspection and a collection with sample records.
Review before daily use
Validate opening balances, documents, access and team readiness, then roll out.

Questions before you start
How do I start the free trial?
Select Start 30-day free trial, then choose Create account on the ERP sign-in screen. Complete the email verification and set up your company. This website never asks for your ERP password.
How many users can we add?
The trial and the commercial plans offer unlimited users. Access is still assigned by role. Plant, storage and support limits are separate from the user count.
How long is the trial, and what happens afterwards?
30 days. Your company's exact trial end date shows inside the ERP. Review Plans & Billing with the company owner before choosing a paid plan; nothing is charged automatically.
Do we have to upload all our data at once?
No. Start with the masters needed for one workflow. Use forms for a few records and module-wise Excel imports for larger lists. Validate the imported data and opening balances before daily use.
Can each employee have different access?
Yes. Users work through assigned roles and permissions. Set up and test access for sales, stores, production, quality and accounts before inviting the wider team.
Does this replace Tally and statutory filing?
Not automatically. ERP finance supports operational accounts and a Tally-oriented bridge. Your accountant should validate mappings, imports, tax treatment and reconciliation. Statutory filing stays separate.
Can we see a real demonstration before rollout?
Yes. Book a guided demo covering a representative order, purchase, production job, inspection and collection. Use sample records for demos rather than live customer or bank information.
Are custom development and on-site support included?
Do not assume so. Implementation, support, plant limits, storage and any custom development must be confirmed in the selected plan and written scope. Ask for the complete commercial proposal before committing.
